Do you charge hourly or fixed-price?
We quote fixed-price for all projects. You know exactly what you're paying before we start — no hourly surprises, no scope creep invoices.
What's included in the price?
Development, revisions within the agreed scope, QA testing, and a handoff with staff-manageable content systems. Premium plugins are listed separately.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — 50% deposit to begin, 50% on delivery. For larger projects we can discuss milestone-based payment structures.
Are there ongoing costs after launch?
Hosting, domain, and plugin renewals are your own costs. Post-launch support and maintenance are available — ask us about support packages.
Do you offer discounts for agencies?
White-label partners with consistent volume can discuss preferential rates. Retainer arrangements are available too.
What currency do you invoice in?
All quotes and invoices are in USD. We accept international transfers and most payment methods used by US and Canadian clients.
