Will you contact my client directly — ever?
Never. All communication goes through you. We don't know your client's email, phone, or social handles unless you share them for a specific technical reason — and even then, we won't reach out independently.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before any project brief is shared. We have a standard NDA template ready, or we can sign yours. Either way, this is a non-negotiable part of every white-label engagement.
What if my client wants revisions after launch?
We're available for post-launch support — either billed per request or on a monthly retainer. Most agencies roll this into their own maintenance packages and bill accordingly.
How do you handle pricing — how much margin can I make?
Our rates are set for partner economics — we price low enough that you can mark up 30–50% or more and stay competitive in your market. We never quote your client directly, so your margins stay yours.
What file formats do you work with?
Figma is our first choice. Adobe XD works equally well. We also accept well-documented Sketch files. If your designer works in something else, send us a sample and we'll tell you upfront if it's workable.
Can we work on an ongoing retainer?
Absolutely — and most of our long-term agency partners do. A monthly retainer gives you priority scheduling, reserved capacity, and predictable costs. Reach out to discuss what capacity you need.
